Orlando, Florida–(Newsfile Corp. – November 9, 2021) – Silicon Prairie announced this week they’ve acquired Miventure Holdings, Inc., a web and mobile crowdfunding app for early-stage startups.
“Miventure’s world-class mobile platform will help complete our vision,” said David Duccini Founder and CEO of Silicon Prairie Holdings Inc. “We have long sought to create a mobile wallet for issuers and their investors,” he added. “Imagine walking into a brewery, buying shares in the company, and then using your digital wallet on your phone to collect rewards, get updates, and even vote! That’s the kind of power our combined platform is destined to provide.”
Unlike other crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and Gofundme, which offer rewards and donations, funding portals like Silicon Prairie allow both accredited and unaccredited to invest in companies in exchange for securities like equity, or debt.
Silicon Prairie: Where Good Ideas Grow
“What attracted us to Silicon Prairie initially was their mission to improve access to capital for American business owners at every stage aligns closely with our purpose,” said Jason Crystal, co-founder of Miventure. “We’re excited to work together so our products can reach more founders who may not be aware their fundraising options have expanded dramatically in recent years,” he added.
Co-founder of Miventure, Luiggi Pera added, “With our talent for user experience and design and their robust architecture and bold ideas, we’ll be a formidable team.”
Silicon Prairie doesn’t expect to slow down anytime soon.
Jade Barker, Transfer Agent President at Silicon Prairie, concluded, “We’ve only begun to scratch the surface of this space’s potential, and with new fintech innovations like secondary exchanges and smart forms built on blockchain coming soon, the sky’s the limit!”
